Peter has nearly four decades of experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas, with particular expertise in property, business, and commercial matters. He has acted in major development, sale, leasing and subdivision projects across the Gold Coast, and advises on project structuring and commercial considerations for his clients.
In addition to his property and commercial work, Peter also has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and succession – including wills, powers of attorney and advance health directives, testamentary trusts, family discretionary trusts and other business structures, and superannuation. He also advises on asset protection measures, and considerations relating to interstate and international assets.
Peter is a trusted, safe pair of hands for his clients in what can often be a difficult time in their lives as they confront their estate planning or navigate the challenges of a contested estate.
At a time of significant intergenerational wealth transfer – with an estimated $3.5 trillion set to be transferred from older to younger generations in the next decade in Australia – proactive estate planning should be at the forefront of the attention of every person. Whether a simple or a complex estate, Peter’s experience and industry reputation is invaluable for all of his clients.
