We offer regular feedback and mentor sessions.

Flexible

Our staff are professionals and are treated as such. It is open to you to organise your own time. If you have an appointment or need to sort out a job at home, you are best to manage your time.

Learning and collaboration

We understand that law doesn’t happen in a bubble. As a full-service commercial law firm, we are uniquely positioned to have the depth to provide regular CPD and other collaborative sessions. Our CPD sessions are across a broad range of topics, which includes bringing in specialists from outside of law to present topics of interest and provide business insights not usually provided to lawyers.

Supportive

Marketing shouldn’t be a hassle and the expense shouldn’t be a deterrent. We are supportive of the marketing efforts of our staff and ensure your monthly budget and costs are met with the marketing functions you attend.

Flat Structure

We have thrown out the hierarchy structure. Whilst we have titles, our management structure is flat. This, with an open door policy, provides our lawyers at any level with access to any other lawyer or any director to be genuinely mentored.

Self Starter

We know that PQE or PAE doesn’t drive promotions and salary. Rather than wait for an annual review we have implemented the ability for any lawyer at any time to apply for a salary increase or promotion.

K2 Law Graduate Program

In partnership with local universities, K2 Law offers an exceptional graduate program, where your work is recognised as a valuable study course. K2 Law is one of the few local firms on the Gold Coast to establish and facilitate this program and learning arrangement for students.
