Teona is a solicitor in K2 Law’s property team, practising across all aspects of property law, conveyancing and property transactions. She was admitted in Queensland after completing her law degree in New Zealand and brings strong experience in the end-to-end management of property matters gained through her work in both New Zealand and Australia.

Teona has a particular passion for property law and enjoys working on matters ranging from residential and commercial acquisitions to complex development projects. She thrives in helping clients navigate the legal and practical aspects of property development, working closely with them to achieve their commercial objectives and bring their projects to life.

Teona values building long-term relationships with her clients and being part of their property journey, whether they are purchasing a first home, expanding a portfolio, developing land or completing a significant commercial transaction.

Having made the Gold Coast her home, Teona is excited to continue developing her expertise in property law while supporting her clients and colleagues across a wide range of property and development matters.
