  Acted in the Federal Court proceedings which set a precedent regarding the ability of traders to register the name of a building for their services, where the building has a “coined” or inventive name by analysing the test under section 43 of the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) for rejecting a trade mark on the basis that it has a geographical connotation

  Negotiated distribution agreements, in conjunction with Austrade, in US, UAE, Germany, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore to simultaneously commence prior to transition of company from proprietary company to a public company to undertake a capital raise
